DEADLINE
The registration is open until 1st June, 2026.
TIME
The ODC Summer 2026 program is scheduled between 29th June – 24th July 2026, in a hybrid format. To maximize the experience and benefits, we recommend that all participants commit to the full two-week enrollment period in the ODC program.
PLACE
ODC Summer 2026 will be hosted at two physical locations: Almaty and Osijek. Prospective doctoral students who are able to travel can attend in person at either location. For those unable to travel to either location, an online participation option may also be available for both locations.
- ALMATY, at the Almaty Bible Institute (ABI), Kazakhstan / ONLINE:
Week 1: 29 June – 3 July 2026;
Week 2: 6 July – 10 July 2026;
- OSIJEK, at the Evangelical Theological Seminary (ETS), Croatia / ONLINE:
Week 3: 13 July – 17 July 2026;
Week 4: 20 July – 24 July 2026.

FEES AND PAYMENT
Application fee
A non-refundable application fee of 50 EURO must be paid immediately after submitting your application. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program.

Program fee
The ODC Summer 2026 program fee is 75 EURO/week for offline participants and 50 EURO/week for online participants. These fees cover less than 10% of the total real costs for mentors, classrooms, accommodations, coffee breaks, and meals (breakfast and lunch). Please note that dinners are not included in the program fee.
The program fee should be paid via Paypal or bank transfer before the program starts but not later than June 12th, 2026.
Participants in Almaty are allowed to pay the program fee on site during the first week of the colloquium. Please contact the Program Coordinator (yuridinabi@gmail.com or doru.marcu@odcprogram.org) in case you want to use this opportunity.
Scholarships and reimbursement
Only in exceptional cases, a 100% scholarship will be granted for the program fees. Please contact the program coordinators, Yuriy Skurydin for Almaty, Doru Marcu for the other locations.
Participants can apply for the reimbursement of travel costs. Details will be shared with the applicants who will be accepted for the program.

Only fully completed application forms, including both Academic and Pastoral recommendations, will be considered. Please follow these steps:
- Download the recommendation forms provided below.
- Request your recommenders to complete the forms.
- Upload the completed forms to the Application Form or send them via email to the Program Coordinator (doru.marcu@odcprogram.org).
